Commercial drivers and logistics workers are in demand in our area: tractor trailer, straight truck, forklift, and logistics operators. The Shenandoah Valley has many transportation and distribution jobs because of the intersection of two interstates and numerous warehouses and manufacturing facilities.鈥�Financial assistance鈥痬ay be available for some programs.
Driving and Logistics Training
If you want a career in commercial driving or logistics, we offer a full range of training options.
CDL Learner鈥檚 Permit testing is available at the college. 含羞草社区 personnel are DMV certified examiners. Final skills testing is provided on-site.
We can also arrange CDL Class B to Class A upgrade courses and employee training with a sponsoring company that provides driving and company job requirements prior to course work.
