Students have the right to know:
- How and when to聽apply for aid聽each year (including聽grants,听loans,听scholarships, and聽work-study)

- The 含羞草社区 refund policy
- That they may contact the financial aid office for reconsideration if they believe that a mistake has been made OR circumstances have changed
- The type and amount of financial aid they are eligible for, along with an explanation of each award, and whether it must be earned (work-study) or repaid (loan)
- How Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) is measured and the consequences of not meeting requirements
- The financial implications of聽withdrawing聽from all courses, whether by officially withdrawing or by stopping attendance
- Interest rates, repayment terms, and applicable policies on any loans borrowed
- Where to get further assistance
Students have the responsibility to:
- Carefully and truthfully complete the聽聽each year they wish to receive aid
- Monitor all electronic communications from the College
- Respond promptly to requests for information
- Carefully review and consider all information provided regarding financial assistance programs, academic progress, and degree requirements
- Meet all deadlines for applying for aid or making payments for balances owed to the college
- 惭补办别听Satisfactory Academic Progress聽while receiving aid
- Notify the College of any changes in name, address, marital status, enrollment status, or outside aid received
